Hi, I'm Sarah Bäckman!

— an 8-time World Champion armwrestler, lifelong competitor & coach. My own journey began at 14 in Stockholm, Sweden, when a school tournament revealed a passion and intensity that would change my life forever.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering my craft and using my knowledge to help others grow into their own lights. Nowadays, I find just as much joy in building others as reaching my own goals.
